It pronounces [yi-bi-ya-ya], and the name came from our beloved Maltese Ibbi and a famous lullaby song we all grew up listening to.  Ibbi had passed away in 2009, but his spirit leave on with us forever.

We understand that it can be a bit overwhelming to see all the different designs and don’t know which one to pick for your fur friend.  We would recommend you to reference your pet’s size and weight to our product measurements and recommended weight limit, and feel free to write to us if you still have doubts juggling between the final choices, we’ll do our best to recommend the best fit for you based on your requirements.

Ibiyaya manufactures every stroller to the same SGS standards that are usually used for baby strollers.  All the strollers had been lab-tested for durability, maneuverability, and safety. In addition, all products are made from virgin plastic and non-toxic fabrics.

All orders over $29 shipped in the lower 48 states will be applicable for FREE shipping on FedEx Ground.  NO SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, APO’S, OR P.O. BOXES.

If you are outside of USA and wish to purchase a Ibiyaya product, please contact pet@ibiyaya.com by telling us the product you are interested in plus your location and we’ll direct you to a local distributor near you, or we’ll come back to you with a price including international shipping from our headquarter in Taiwan if there isn’t a distributor available.

Return policy:

Unless the item was received damaged, due to health protection or hygienic reasons, please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused, and complete.

We will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. But we ask you to pay for the shipping sending the item back if you changed your mind or bought by mistake. We won’t accept the return for the full amount refund if the item’s been used. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn’t received in new, unopened condition.

The item should be packaged well so as to avoid damage. Buyer is responsible for the item while in transit until it reaches us, items valued at over $75 must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service.

Products Covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty: Parts and repairs for products purchased in the United States with defects, malfunctions or failure directly resulting from the quality of material used and/or workmanship of the finished product during the first 90 days after purchase, with proof of purchase, are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty at the discretion of the manufacturer. Ibiyaya will cover shipping from and to consumers in the event of a repair if applicable.

Products Not Covered under Manufacturer’s Warranty: Part and/or product damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material and/or workmanship, including misuse by consumers and/or products without Proof of Purchase are not covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

All the spare parts are available at reasonable costs if required after warranty.
